A low vintage wooden stool carved from a single piece of wood, with a sculptural hourglass form and a broad, gently concave seat. The darkened surface shows considerable age and wear, with a metal repair at the base that has become part of the character of the piece.

Its low proportions make it equally useful as a stool, or simply as a sculptural piece of furniture. The stool has no structural issues or deep cracks.
