Shipping & Returns

Orders are usually shipped within 2 - 3 days of receiving them via UPS or USPS. Rates depend on the size and weight of the package as well as the destination and are reflected on the checkout page. Shipping notification will be sent to you via email, which also contains the tracking number for the package. Typically orders take 5 - 7 business days to be delivered once they are shipped. The times may vary depending on the destination address and time of the year; shipping times during the holiday season tend to be longer. We are not responsible for stolen or missing packages.

Shipping is currently available in the U.S only. If you would like a product(s) to be shipped outside of the U.S, please send us an email at hello@jiclothingliving.com and we will try our best to deliver to you.

If you received a damaged item(s), it should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please write to us at hello@jiclothingliving.com and include photos of the item(s), and we will review it for refund.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. In the event that you would like to *exchange or receive a refund, you must email us within 48 hours of delivery, and the item must be returned in its original packaging. The item must be unused and in the original condition. Upon receipt, if it meets our standards of cleanliness and condition, we will notify you of approval of the refund, and process your refund. The credit will be applied to the original method of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

*Custom orders, jewelry, vintage wares and items on sale cannot be returned.

Please note, we may not be able to combine orders, edit your shipping details or add products to an existing order once they have been placed. Please contact us at hello@jiclothingliving.com ASAP and if possible, we will try our best to accommodate your changes. If you decide to cancel your order after it has been processed, we will not be able to refund any shipping related charges incurred.
